My journey began as a technician in the UK, where I worked on all types of vehicles, eventually specializing in BMW/Mini vehicles. I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges as a technician, service advisor, and manager. I’ve dedicated my career to helping others navigate these challenges successfully and make the service department a great place to work.
In 2019, I moved to Canada and climbed the ranks, working as as a service manager, fixed operations director, and even a coach/trainer for one of the best consulting companies in the U.S. Along the way, I discovered my passion for coaching and leadership development. That’s why I founded C Dye Coaching—to share my knowledge and empower service managers to drive growth, improve team culture, and achieve exceptional results.
